Interim CEO of a start-up company providing a platform for digital primary care in Sweden. The assignment included structuring the business, recruitment of key functions such as marketing and sales as well as assisting the owners in financing the company. Additionally we provided the company with SEO optimization of the platform.
Interim CEO of a leasing company wholly owned by one of the leading suppliers in the dental industry in the Nordic region. The assignment aimed to structure various product offerings on the market and to support the company with risk assessments and asset management.

Payzmart
The assignment was to start up a company for BNPL solutions in the dental industry from scratch. Payinno designed risk and pricing models as well as value proposition, design and commercial negotiations with integration partners which led to technical integrations with three leading EHR on the Swedish market. Payinno wrote the application to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and designed the entire platform and marketing of the product. When Payinno concluded the assignment, the company had a 20% market share of BNPL in the dental market.

Payinno is starting a payment company from scratch for the "on the go market" which includes companies such as carpenters, cleaners and travelling salespersons. GigGoPay combines all the necessary payment methods and services into a single app: Open banking payment, Tap On Phone and BNPL as well as risk assessments and financial reports.
